Now, at the time of the great ICA Exodus in 2009
1. Add to the list of Cool Places for Cool Stuff
2. Gently massage the List of Selection Criteria
3. Beef up our Tuttle Press Pack
These are the things I though of initially (back in the day, dude, 2007 stylee)
Value Proposition for Sponsors - who are we, what do we talk about, what do you get out of giving us money
Discussion of the value proposition - what sponsors want, what our community wants, keeping the vision
Open Accounting - donations that have come in, money that's gone out
Setting up a company - tasks around creating a legal entity
Themed events - If we were going to do some... what would they be?
Creating the Cafe - how do we evolve our prototype (the social space) into a real and permanent place?
Membership - what's the lightest possible membership scheme we can come up with?
A Consulting Fluid - companies have seen the value of our network - how do "leverage" it :)
Recruitment - how to deal with requests for talent
Tuttle Mini-Camp - an afternoon of talking tuttle and making stuff happen.
Training Timetable - if we had space to run courses on a daily basis, what would we put on?
